


CLARK NUBER AD CAMPAIGN
Welsh&Co. developed this series of print ads to highlight the fact that the people of Clark Nuber are what give the firm its broad expertise and range of capabilities. When you add up the traits that organizations are looking for in an accounting firm, the answer can only be Clark Nuber.

FREMONT LAKE UNION LEASING BROCHURE
We designed an identity for this project based on the famous multi-directional sign in Fremont, and a brochure that reflects the diverse and progressive vibe of the Fremont neighborhood.

RUSSELL INVESTMENTS CENTER LEASING BROCHURE
This class A office center needed a more upscale brochure to help lease their remaining space. With a spectacular 17th floor garden and public space, we minimized the copy and let the photos speak for themselves, putting the list of features on the final spread to close the deal.

MICROSOFT HEALTHCARE BROCHURE
Another project for Microsoft, we were part of a team that developed this brochure as a sales tool for the healthcare technology group to help them educate healthcare providers about Microsoft's extensive initiatives in that area.

CERACLAD SIDING BROCHURE
This long-time client asked Welsh & Co. to help them produce a brochure to educate architects and builders about their revolutionary siding product. The design appeals to the target audience in technical, aesthetic and practical terms and features a die-cut hole in the cover to illustrate the idea of, "Beauty that's more than skin deep."

ECO DIVERSION CALCULATOR BROCHURE
Cascadia Consulting asked Welsh & Co. to design a brand identity and brochure for their ECO Diversion Calculator, an online application that helps municipalities increase diversion and maximize the efficiency of their waste collection. Branding included a logo that illustrates the diverging components of the waste stream, and a set of custom icons.

MICROSOFT SMART CITY BROCHURE
We were part of a team that developed this 20-page brochure for Microsoft in a period of a little over two weeks. The piece was used as a customized tool for the sales team pitching Microsoft technology to the government of Dubai.

CTA BUILDERS BROCHURE
This architecture firm needed a flexible capabilities brochure that could be assembled with different sample projects tailored to the prospect. The solution was to create a series of project pages that could be selected, gathered and bound together in-house with the rest of the brochure by means of low-tech prong fasteners.

VULCAN BROCHURE
Originally designed to communicate the developer's vision for the South Lake Union neighborhood before anything had been built there. Architectural renderings and stock and original photography were combined to give a sense of the neighborhood's possibilities.

HAGENS BERMAN BROCHURE
This law firm capabilities brochure was designed to be printed with variable data technology so that it can be customized for different audiences. Part of a larger rebranding Welsh & Co. performed for the firm in 2010. See the whole ball of wax in the Case Study.

AMERICAN HOP GROWERS BROCHURE
American hops growers needed help positioning their product against those from Deutschland, a country whose very name translates to "Our hops are better than yours." We designed and produced this brochure, and a companion Variety Manual, in five languages.

American Eagle is developing the next generation of housing for the military. Our strategy for their branding was to position them not just as a builder of housing, but as a developer of neighborhoods where military families can experience a feeling of community.

A custom translucent binder, tabs and property guide designed for the real estate development arm of Boeing.
