FINI CONDOMINIUMS

The inspiration for this name and branding came from the location, of course (Phinney Ridge), but also from the nearly infinite views, both east and west, available from the homes. The back of the business cards featured a dramatic photo of one such view, along with the tag we developed, "On the Ridge. Infinitely Northwest." The branding package also included printed collateral, a website, advertising, directional signage and an information/sales center.
